Mates at the Gate is a collection of Australian bush poetry and stories. Three stories and 25 poems were written by Mick Martin, with five poems written by Glenny Palmer, Jan Facey, Mal Beveridge, Henry Lawson and PJ Hartigan (John O’Brien). The introduction, Yarns, Odes & Tall Tales, was written by Rupert McCall.
